Tulsa Educare IV

Tulsa Educare’s mission is to transform the lives of very young children and their families through high quality early childhood education, enhancing parenting practices, and strong partnerships with other organizations. The Tulsa Educare IV partners include: Department of Human Services, University of Oklahoma, George Kaiser Family Foundation, Tulsa Public Schools, State Department of Oklahoma, Oklahoma Early Childhood Program. They serve 164 children and their families, children 6 weeks through four years old.
