Tulsa Property Group is an integrated real estate investment, development, and management firm with a mission to develop thoughtfully designed, high-quality walkable communities. This project’s goal was to create a multifamily design for The Village Flats located in the Pearl District. The new buildings, located between the existing townhomes and a future mixed-use development, physically connect The Village to the Pearl District — transforming The Village into a diverse and vibrant community while infusing Centennial Park with more life and activity. AIMRIGHT was part of the project as the geotechnical engineer and materials testing company.
